The track-män transportation system can be customized with easy-to-integrate function modules such as insertion or handling modules, quality control cameras, and more.
The tracks are two-piece mold halves equipped with both a mold insert and an integrated ejector pack. The tracks are responsible for centering as well as ejection of the sprue and plastic parts.
- Instead of identical mold inserts, different mold inserts can be mounted on the tracks, enabling cost-effective production of even relatively small batch sizes.
- Can be equipped with an optional ID chip for retrieval of custom injection parameters during injection.
- Instead of ejecting plastic parts directly from the machine, the tracks can be conducted together with the parts to an automatic assembly machine.
